Jenai Sele leads the Project Management Office (PMO) at Digital Mass, bringing over a decade of experience guiding complex initiatives across technology, hospitality, and ecommerce. She's spent her career turning strategy into execution — building the governance, processes, and alignment that keep projects on time, on budget, and tied to business goals. As a leader who stays calm under pressure, Jenai brings clarity to fast-moving situations, manages risk proactively, and helps teams do their best work.

• Jenai opened the Hewing Hotel, a boutique luxury hotel in Minneapolis, where she and the team were awarded Best Hotel in the Midwest by Condé Nast.
• Over the course of her hospitality career, Jenai had the privilege of meeting numerous celebrities, including Lady Gaga and Adrian Peterson.
